Founder Bio

Justin Nesbit is a corporate attorney with decades of experience advising startups, founders, growing businesses and prestigious universities on strategic legal matters. Prior to launching Nesbit Law PLLC, Justin served as an associate, partner, and executive committee member at Gesmer Updegrove LLP (18+ years total), a leading Boston law firm, and before that he was a corporate associate at Sullivan & Worcester LLP (6+ years). He also co-founded a successful brick-and-mortar business with his wife, Nicole.

Justin graduated from Williams College in 1995 and Boston College Law School in 1998. He and Nicole have made Franklin, Massachusetts their home since 2001, where they happily raised their three children and the No. 1 Best dog in the World. In his free time, Justin often can be found working on a DIY home project.
